Hoffmann, who was runner up at the 2017 Honda Classic, said his game is completely different from his days hitting the long ball. “I’ve lost about 30 yards and I’ve had to learn a whole new game,” he said. “So, it’s been a real challenge to get back out on Tour and playing completely different golf. I used to be one of the longest hitters, now I’m one of the shortest. So, it’s been difficult but it’s a challenge that I’m up for, for sure. “But I’m going to find a cure for this; I won’t have MD at some point,” Hoffmann added. “I know that for sure. So, I just need to dedicate myself to what I’m doing and once I do find that, I’ll let it be known to the world.” Editor’s note : To read Hoffmann’s medical diagnosis story and background growing up in his own words, go to: https://www. theplayerstribune.com/en-us/articles/ morgan-hoffmann-pga-tour Michigan Golf Journal PGA Tour
