Michigan Golf Journal received the most votes of ALL golf media outlets across the state in a golf consumer survey conducted by the West Michigan Golf Show. A question on its survey included: “What Golfing Media do you enjoy?” Survey respondents could pick multiple choices. The Michigan Golf Journal earned the most votes of all golf media outlets in Michigan – going up against Michigan’s other golf publications, plus golf TV and radio shows, a golf podcast and write-in votes. The votes this year for MGJ were double the percentage this magazine received in the same survey in 2019, which means there is solid growth. The overall top votes went to Golf Digest, The Golf Channel and Golf Magazine – but Michigan Golf Journal led all Michigan golf media outlets, and also received more than double the number of votes cast for GolfWeek. It sounds like too little to simply say ‘thank you everyone’ but it’s what I have to give – and even more incentive now to keep providing the best golf news and variety we can.
