North Coast Golf , a start-up company in Port Huron that makes high-end soft leather golfing gloves, has been supporting food banks in Michigan and regionally this spring, such as: Forgotten Harvest (Oak Park), Gleaners (Detroit), Food Bank for New York City, and the Greater Lansing Food Bank. North Coast Golf is the dream of friends who grew up playing Michigan’s outstanding Up North coastal courses. The group was frequently disappointed that golf gloves had no real fashion style, didn’t fit well, didn’t look good, didn’t feel good and were not durable.
