American Dunes is an incredible creation, evolved from Nicklaus’ sightlines and imagination along with the natural flow of the sand covered dunes near Grand Haven. But none of it would have happened if the pair of visionaries took head on all the challenges and the setbacks to persevere, just the way anything worth doing in life comes about.
