I can’t wait to get out there.” Sullivan was dominant in the state during high school. A few years ago, he won the MHSAA Division 1 individual state championship in a playoff, before heading to U-M. He was also Mr. Golf that season of 2018 and led his team to the team championship after two seasons as runners up. In 2017 he was stroke play medalist in the Michigan Jr. State Am qualifier. He led the U-M team this year at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate in Feb. with a 3-day 1-under par. Ito is using up his final year of eligibility as a graduate student due to the NCAA canceling last spring season. Stroke play will contest the first two rounds, at Chambers Bay and co-host The Home Couse in Dupont, Wash.
