Michigan State’s James Piot, who just happened to win the U.S. Amateur at Oakmont last summer, officially received his invitation to the Masters Tournament, April 7-10 at Augusta National Golf Club.
As an amateur, Piot will be able to stay in the Crow’s Nest, atop the famed Augusta National Clubhouse, practice and play the course in the weeks leading up to the event and even have his meals in the historic dining room.
